We recommend using Adobe Reader to fill out and sign our applications. If you do not already have it you can download it free here.

1. DOWNLOAD AND FILL OUT THE RESIDENT APPLICATION

Each person that will be on the lease must fill out an application (married couples can use one application).

2. DOWNLOAD AND FILL OUT THE CO-SIGNER APPLICATION

Most students need a co-signer, if you do not have a co-signer this does not mean you are disqualified.

3. SUMBIT APPLICATIONS WITH SIGNATURES AND PAYMENT OF $125.00 PER APPLICANT

**$100 goes toward the deposit, which is refundable at move-out and $25 is a non-refundable application fee.
There is no charge for the first co-signer application per applicant.
You may submit the applications by email to quadrangleapartments@gmail.com, mail application(s) or submit in person to our leasing office.
You can pay your $125 fee per person with check or money order in the office or through the mail, or online* via our Payments page with electronic funds transfer from your account, debit, or credit. We do not accept cash.

4. THE LEASING OFFICE WILL CONTACT YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SIGN YOUR LEASE WHEN YOU ARE APPROVED.

*Convenience fee for online payments: $3.50 application fee using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, $6.20 fee for deposit and application using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, or $3.95 convenience fee for each electronic fund transfers from a checking or savings account.
