STANDARD STUDIO APARTMENTS

Larger than our efficiency apartments, the studio offers a full kitchen, full bath, and ample closet space. We have three different floorplans to choose from:

The Plan A features a kitchen separated from the living area and is available in the regular buildings, quiet building, and graduate/professional building.

Plan B has a great breakfast bar and extra storage in the kitchen area and is available in our main building.

Plan C is our newest studio floorplan. We only have two of these new studios, if you are interested lease early!

LARGE STUDIO APARTMENTS

450 sq ft

Our large studios have a spacious layout and feature a full kitchen and bath. These units have a great attached room for a bed or office (whatever fits your needs).

This floorplan is always one of our first to sell out!
