This Beef and Vegetable Casserole is a hearty and comforting dish that's perfect for a family dinner.

– 1 lb ground beef – 1 onion, diced – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, green beans), frozen or fresh – 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed tomato soup – 1 cup beef broth – 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon dried thyme
