– 1 cup frozen blueberries – 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks – 1 ripe banana – 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water) – 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) – Ice cubes (optional)
